Very Detailed Work

The work went well - Mr. Peterson was able to come to our house within a couple of days to provide an estimate, which was the best price/time estimate we received. He and his son arrived on time each morning, executed the job to the letter of the contract, and cleaned up daily. The trim and stairway were very detailed tasks, and both were painted with exacting detail. Overall, the work they did is A+. As we continue to renovate our house, we hope to employ Mr. Peterson for further painting.

A Diamond In The Home Repair Business

We hired Eric in march of 2017 when we bought a home in Gallatin that needed extensive repair and painting. Our home is approximately 6,000/SF and we required that all walls, ceilings, and base/crown be painted. The previous owners had awful taste in color and every room had to be brought up to date with neutral colors. We asked Eric to provide an estimate broken down per room and per walls, and ceilings. We hoped to paint some walls ourselves in order to maintain a sensible budget, but after receiving Eric's detailed and very reasonable quote, we decided to allow him to do the entire project, Eric and his son Jake worked at our home for about five weeks and every single day reported for work promptly or called if they were to be delayed. They also cleaned-up completely every evening. Their work and attention to detail was second to none. Their attitude and professionalism were a welcome change from other contractors we had employed in the past ( previous homes ). Most painting required first patching of drywall, sanding, and then applying 2-3 coats of paint. The work was beautiful and my wife and I are proud to show before and after photo's to our friends when they visit. The entire house was transformed thanks to professional work performed by Eric and Jake. We had extensive rot and paint chipping on our huge front porch railings ( both up balcony's and main porch ). Eric and Jake replaced damaged spindal's , batton boards, and repaired top rails before painting all areas with a primer and two coats of commercial grade paint. The porch is beautiful. They even applied a polyeurathane coat to the three ceilings for added weatherproofing . Interior work, exterior work, patching , painting, all professionally performed by Peterson Painting Co. . We have, and will continue to tell all friends and neighbors about Eric Peterson quality of workmanship and competitiveness of price. We found a diamond in the home repair business and we intend to let everyone know so they can have the complete satisfaction that we have experienced. I Couldn’t Be Happier

Following a very cold January day, we experienced busted pipes and water damage in multiple rooms. After many attempts to find someone to assist, I turned to Angie's List. I found Mr. Peterson's listing right away. He has a number of positive reviews and is local to our address. Mr. Peterson came out on a Thursday to evaluate our issues (which included some previous damage from a leaky roof and foundation settling). His quote was highly competitive and we decided to go ahead and accept his bid. He contacted me the following Saturday and let me know that he had a spot in his schedule for the following Monday (which worked out perfectly). He and his son arrived Monday morning and worked into early evening. The job took just over two days to finish. As for the work itself, I couldn't be happier. All of the issues I concerned over were fixed beyond expectations. I'd go so far to say that had I not known there were issues, I would have been hard pressed to find any. Overall. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work, the competitiveness of his bid and Mr. Peterson's work ethic. I would hire him again without question and give him a hearty recommendation.

Trustworthy, Reliable, and Honest

I have used Eric Peterson the past year or so for several jobs around my house. Mr. Peterson is, by far, the best drywall installer and mud man I have ever seen! He also paints interiors and exteriors beautifully. Mr. Peterson has painted most of the interior of my house. Mr. Peterson recently installed an Allure floor in my kitchen, then replaced the thresholds. He did a beautiful job. Last fall Mr. Peterson refinished the kitchen cabinets, which were terribly water spotted and damaged from years of neglect. He sanded the cabinet doors and surrounds and then matched the existing stain beautifully. He is meticulous, has an extraordinary attention to detail, provides bids and is very reliable. I have also recently used his services for painting most of the interior of my house as well as drywall replacements and repairs. He skim coated walls that had wall paper on them that could not be removed and then primed and painted them. Gorgeous! Mr. Peterson has also painted most of the interior trim. Recently Peterson removed some very old paneling and wood crown mold and baseboard in the den. Eric installed drywall, mudded and painted it. Mr. Peterson sanded the crown molding and baseboards and then replaced them and they look brand new! One of the things I like best about Mr. Peterson is that he cleans up after himself. When he has had someone with him, they are also reliable and Mr. Peterson supervises the job. Mr. Peterson also does his own work. He does NOT subcontract, so I did not have to worry about strangers in my house. I highly recommend him for any job you may have around your house or business. Mr. Peterson is completely trustworthy, reliable, and honest.
